Dottie directs our group account services area.
She has 20 plus years of experience working in the group insurance industry, and has extensive work experience with major carriers and in the brokerage field. These positions have ranged from claims processing to the account servicing of large group accounts. She has worked with local clients as well as national and international clients.
Due to the diversity of her experience, she has a thorough understanding of all aspects of employee benefits including program design of employee benefit packages, rating structure of benefit programs, and compliance issues for employer and insurance carriers. Her ability to handle multiple tasks allows her to provide customers with complete satisfaction.
